- Energy Modeling (BEM): we perform simulations of the thermal and electrical performance of your building before it is built, visualizing the levels of comfort and cost of operation of your project before concluding the design stage. Our BEM (Building Energy Modeling) modeling service ) allows us to measure not only the economic impact but also the performance of the materials specified in the project.
- HVAC Design: we determine the design of the air conditioning and ventilation system through the analysis of internal and external loads to which the building is subjected in a specific climate during all hours of the year, thanks to our energy modeling.
